【摘要】 探讨小儿脑性瘫痪的临床特点与颅脑 CT的改变。方法 :对 112 0例小儿脑性瘫痪患儿的临床表现及颅脑 CT改变进行分析。结果 :颅脑 CT异常 10 0 8例 ,正常 12例。主要表现症状为开始于婴儿时期 ,中枢性瘫痪 ,重症患儿肌肉强直 ,角弓反张 ,开始往往伴有喂奶困难和继发感染。同时因脑损伤并不一定局限于脑的某一部分 ,脑瘫患儿除运动功能障碍外 ,常伴有其他的神经精神状态 ,如癫痫、智力发育障碍、语言障碍、视力障碍、性格异常等。经中西医结合治疗 ,绝大部分颅脑 CT都有不同程度的改变 ,症状有明显好转。结论 :诊断小儿脑性瘫痪 ,主要依据病史、临床的特殊表现、颅脑 CT影象形态学的改变。影象形态学对于治疗效果的评价和予后的推测均有一定的价值 ,但不能作为唯一的诊断依据更多还原

【Abstract】 objective:The Clinic quality in the children’s brain paralysis and their CT changes were reviewed.Methods: The clinical manifestation of the children’s brain paralysis in 1120 cases and their brain CT changes were analyzed.Results:Brain CT of 1008 cases were abnormal,12 cases,normal.Main manifestation occured in infancy.They had central paralysis,muscle rigidity and opisthotonus in critical patients.They had feeding difficulty and secondary infection in the beginning.Beceause brain injured part was not localised,the children’s brain paralysis had dyskinesia and psychoneurotic condions, forexample,epilepsy,digophrenia,dysphasia,vision disorder, character abnormal etc.The patients were treated by combining Chinese with western medicine.There were a lot of changes in most of the patients and their symptoms wnproved.Conclusion:The patient’s history, special clinical manifestation and the changes of brain CT were the diagnostic basis of the children’s brain paralysis.In assess of treatment efficacy and prognosis,brain CT was valuable,but was not the only diagnostic condition.更多还原
