【摘要】 用气相色谱法分析了巨桉 12个种源 80个自由授粉家系的细胞膜脂肪酸的含量和组成 .结果表明 :巨桉茎叶中膜脂肪酸的组成主要是棕榈酸 ( 16∶ 0 )、棕榈油酸 ( 16∶ 1)、油酸 ( 18∶ 1)、亚油酸 ( 18∶ 2 )和亚麻酸 ( 18∶ 3 ) ;不饱和脂肪酸指数 ( IUFA)能较好地反映巨桉家系抗寒性的相对强弱 .生长性状和 IUFA值在种源和家系间存在着显著的差异性 ;IUFA值与纬度相关性显著 ,与其它因素关系不密切 .

【Abstract】 A quantitative analysis was conducted by gas chromatography for Eucalyptus grandis ’s 12 provenance and 80 open pollinated families provided by the Australian Tree Seed Centre. The research results showed: there were main five composition of fatty acid in the leaves of provenance and families of E.grandis . The fatty acid compositions were 16∶0, 16∶1, 18∶1, 18∶2 and 18∶3. IUFA could reflect the relative cold resistant ability of E.grandis and it could be considered as one index to evaluate the ability of cold resistant. There was a significant difference existing between growth traits and IUFA within provenance and families and remarkable correlation between the value of IUFA and influence of latitude.
