湖南410种植物叶Vc含量及分布规律

【摘要】 首次报道了 410种植物叶中 Vc含量的测定结果 ,所测 410种植物中 Vc含量在 5 0 mg/10 0 g以下的有 81种 ;5 0~ 10 0 mg/10 0 g的有 12 7种 ;10 0~ 2 0 0 mg/10 0 g的有 14 4种 ;2 0 0~ 3 0 0 mg/10 0 g的有 3 1种 ;超过 3 0 0 mg/10 0 g的有 2 7种 .此外还探讨了植物中 Vc分布的规律 .根据植物中 Vc的含量和克朗奎斯特的分类系统 ,讨论了 Vc在分类学上的意义 .开发利用我国丰富的 Vc植物资源不仅是解决 Vc供需矛盾的一条重要途径 ,而且植物 Vc制品具有纯天然、多功能等特点 ,更符合现代社会人们追求回归大自然的发展潮流 .

【Abstract】 The Vc content in the leaves of 410 species is analyzed, and among them are 81 species with Vc content of less than 50 mg/100 g,127 species with 50~100 mg/100 g, 144 species with 100~200 mg/100 g,31 species with 200~300 mg/100 g,and 27 species with more than 300 mg/100 g. In addition, the Vc distribution pattern is also discussed. The taxonomic significance of Vc is discussed in the light of Vc content and its distribution pattern in plants and Cronquist’s classification system. The exploitation and utilization of the rich resources of plant Vc in our country not only is an important way to level the difference between the supply and demand of Vc, but also conforms quite well to the advancing trend that people of the modern society are longing to regress to nature in their way of life,due to both its pure naturalness and multi function characteristic of its products.
