【Abstract】 Spillway dyejigger has been widely used in dyeing operation of textile industry. The structures of its welding elbow and attached heat exchanger are special, and they bear a specified pressure of gas and liquid. The stress level measurement of the spillway dyejigger welding elbow and its attached heat exchanger shell which were imported from Italy was carried out under the design pressure and the hydraulic pressure level. The results of measurement agree well with the theoretical values, and it has practical significance for safety operation and further monitoring of this kind of dyejigger.更多还原
