Ostwald规则与湿法锑白晶型控制
Ostwald rule and the polymorphous control of antimony white prepared by wet method
【摘要】 根据相变的Ostwald规则等理论 ,阐明了常规三氯化锑水解中和转化工艺得不到立方晶型锑白的原因 :Sb4 O5Cl2 中和转化时 ,热力学低温亚稳定相———斜方晶型锑白首先出现 ,并因体系不能提供足够的能量 ,以克服晶型转变时原子移动的能垒 ,从而一直稳定存在 .在中和转化前 ,添加少量EDTA、酒石酸等螯合剂控制氯氧锑的转化反应历程 ,是制取立方晶型锑白的最佳措施
【Abstract】 Based on the Ostwald rule of phase transformations, the reason why cubic antimony white can′t be produced from the hydrolysis neutralization of SbCl 3 is interpreted: during the neutralization transforming process of antimony oxychloride(Sb 4O 5Cl 2), the orthorhombic antimony white, the meta stable phase at low temperature, is firstly formed, and exists stably all along in fact, because the system can′t supply enough energy to move the atoms for phase transformations. Adding a little ligand such as EDTA, tartrate before neutralization to change the transferring reaction course, is the best method of synthesizing cubic antimony white (Sb 2O 3) by hydro process. [
