谐波电流分量对平整机工作影响分析
Electromechanical coupling analysis of cold strip steel temper mill
【摘要】 从复杂机电系统机电耦合角度探讨了引起平整机带材横振纹的因素 ,研究了电气传动系统电流谐波分量对平整机组的影响 ;此外 ,结合CM0 4平整机组电气传动系统结构和工作状态的特点 ,分析了主回路电流谐波分量作为“干扰”信号 ,经控制回路作用对平整机机械主体运动的影响 .研究结果表明 :大功率电流谐波分量对系统的扰动是平整的原因之一 .通过调整滤波和控制系统参数能够减轻或消除振动 .
【Abstract】 Causes of the chatter of temper mill were researched from the aspect of electromechanical coupling of complex electromechanical system. Combining the features of CM04 temper mill’s electrical driving sistem and its working status, the paper mainly studied how the harmonic current of electrical driving system affects the motion of temper mill. It has been confirmed that the influence of harmonic current is one of the causes of chatter of the temper mill system. Adjusting parameters of filter and controlling system will weaken and eliminate the vibration.[
