【摘要】 目的 :对精神病患者自杀所致颌面部损伤进行回顾性研究。方法 :分析 8例患者的发病原因、损伤特点、治疗方法及预后。结果 :患者为患情感障碍性精神病的未婚青年 ;2例刎颈致气管损伤者痊愈 ,6例跳楼自杀致颌面部多发性骨折合并颅脑等全身损伤 ;5例早期行手术治疗者痊愈 ,1例延期治疗者疗效欠佳。结论 :该类损伤好发于患情感障碍性精神病的未婚青年 ,易造成严重颌面部损伤和合并较重的颅脑与全身损伤 ;早期重点救治全身损伤 ,尽快处理颌面部骨折 ,并应重视精神疾病的治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study retrospectively maxillofacial injury of schizphrenics resulting from suicide.Methods:To analysis injury causes ,severities,treatments,and effects of 8 cases.Results:All patients were unmarried youth with affective reactive psychosis.2 cases committed suicide by cutting their throat had tracheal injury and cured.6 cases took suicide by dropping down from high building had heavy maxillofacial fractures and complicated craniocerebral injury.Among these 6 cases,5 showed excellent curative effect by opening reduction of maxillofacial fractures in early stage,and 1 had unsatisfactory result because of serious maxillofacial and general injury by operation treating in late stage.Conclusion:This kind of injury was mainly seen inunmarried youth with affective reactive psychosis.Usually resulting in serious maxillofacial fractures and complicating with craniocerebral and multiple general injuries.The principle of teatment should be:treating serious craniocerebral and multiple general injuries in early stage,curing maxillofacial fractures as earlier as possible,and don’t neglecting existent psychosis.
