【摘要】 目的 :探讨氯丙嗪对精神分裂症患者血液流变学特性的影响。方法 :对 6 0例精神分裂症患者氯丙嗪治疗前后作简明精神病量表 (BPRS)评定及血液流变学测定并与对照组比较。结果 :精神分裂症患者治疗前全血高切粘度 (2 0 0 s- 1 )、低切 (3s- 1 )粘度、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原浓度和红细胞电泳时间显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ,血沉和血浆粘度与对照组比较差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;氯丙嗪治疗后 ,患者 BPRS评分下降 (P<0 .0 1) ,全血高切粘度、低切粘度、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原浓度和红细胞电泳时间亦显著下降 (P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1) ,血浆粘度、血沉无明显改变 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :氯丙嗪可改善精神分裂症患者的血液流变学高粘滞状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of chlorpromazine on the characteristic of hemorrheology of schizophrenics.Methods:The BPRS evaluations and the measurement of blood rheology were made in 60 schizophrenics before and after the treatment of chlorpromazine,and compared with control group.Results:Before treatment,compared to the controls,the high shear of whole blood apparent viscosity,low shear viscosity,hematocrit,fibrous protein zymogen level and erythrocyte electrophoresis time all were significantly higher in schizophrenia( P <0.01),while there was no obviously difference in blood sedimentation and plasma viscosity;after the treatment of chlorpromazine,the high shear of whole blood viscosity,low shear viscosity,hematocrit,fibrous protein zymogen and erythrocyte electrophoresis time all significantly descented ( P <0.05, P <0.01),both the plasma viscosity and blood sedimentation had no obvious change( P <0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of chlorpromazine may improve the higher viscid state of blood rheology in schizophrenia.
