玉竹提取物B对肿瘤的抑制作用
Inhibitory action of EB-PAOA on tumor
【摘要】 目的:研究玉竹提取物B(ExtractionBofpoly-gonatumodoratum,EB-PAOA)对肿瘤的抑制作用。方法:检测肿瘤细胞株CEM增殖和表面分子表达以及观察对小鼠S-180移植瘤的抑制作用。结果:玉竹提取物B10-3ml-1(V/V,以下同)浓度对CEM的增殖有显著的抑制作用,并促进CEM表面分子HLA-I分子、CD2和CD3的表达,尤其对CD2分子的表达作用更为显著,提高了CEM的分化程度。玉竹提取物B对S-180移植小鼠足垫所形成的移植瘤有明显的抑制作用,对移植瘤生长的抑制百分率(Inhibitorypercentage,IP)达68.5%(P<0.01);玉竹提取物B10-4ml-1的浓度对S-180腹腔移植的荷瘤小鼠可延长存活期达(10.7±3。8)d,存活率达20%。结论:玉竹提取物B具有显著的抗肿瘤作用。
【Abstract】 Objective: To research the inhibitory action of EB-PAOA on tumor. Methods: To assay for the proliferation of CEM and the expression surface molecule in CEM cells. To observe the inhibitory action of EB-PAOA on the S-180 murine tumors in vivo. Results: In 10-3ml-1 (v/v) concentration, EB-PAOA notably inhibits the proliferation of CEM cells and the promotes HLA-I molecule, CD2 and CD3 expression of CEM. Particularly, EB-PAOA has great influence on CD2 expression of CEM. EB-PAOA has great inhibitory action on S-180 murine tumors in the foot plate. The IP of EB-PAOA on S-180 murine tumors in the foot plate rises to 68.5% (P < 0.01). The survival period of S-180 murine tumors in the abdominal cavity is prolonged by EB-PAOA is 10. 7 ± 3. 8 d. Its survival percentage rises 20%. Conclusion: EBPAOA has great antitumor action.
