【摘要】 调查２００对按１∶１配对的２型糖尿病和对照在少儿阶段和成年阶段的饮食等暴露情况，条件Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ回归分析的结果表明，少儿阶段的危险因素有：油炸食物（Ｂｉ＝２．４９５，Ｂｓ＝０．９３３，ＯＲ＝１２．１２２），甜食（Ｂｉ＝２．３６９，Ｂｓ＝０．９１３，ＯＲ＝１０．６８７），饥饿（Ｂｉ＝１．０６５，Ｂｓ＝０．８２５，ＯＲ＝２．９０１），腮腺炎病史（Ｂｉ＝２．２３０，Ｂｓ＝０．７０１，ＯＲ＝９．３００），暴饮暴食（Ｂｉ＝０．８４９，Ｂｓ＝０．４７９，ＯＲ＝２．３３７），而蔬菜（Ｂｉ＝－２．３１３，Ｂｓ＝－０．９６１，ＯＲ＝０．１００）是保护因素；成年阶段的危险因素有：肥肉（Ｂｉ＝３．４６１，Ｂｓ＝１．４４２，ＯＲ＝３１．８４９），油炸食物（Ｂｉ＝３．５２５，Ｂｓ＝１．３０５，ＯＲ＝３３．９５４），甜食（Ｂｉ＝２．４４８，Ｂｓ＝０．９４０，ＯＲ＝１１．５６５），暴饮暴食（Ｂｉ＝１．３２４，Ｂｓ＝０．７７２，ＯＲ＝３．７５８）和肥胖（Ｂｉ＝１．１４８，Ｂｓ＝０．６６１，ＯＲ＝３．１５２），成年阶段没有发现保护因素。研究结果提示，不同时期都可能存在着２型糖尿病的危险因素，因此，２型糖尿病的预防切不可只重视成年阶段而忽更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective and Methods:200 cases(type 2 diabetes mellitus)and 200 age sex matched controls(the same sex,age difference less than 5 years)were selected in the study from four hospitals in Changsha of Hunan province.Information was obtained by questionnaires about eating habits and other factors at the juvenile and the adult stage.Conditional Logistic regression analysis was used for data analysis.Results:five possible risk factors in the juvenile were preferring deep fried foods(Bi=2 495,Bs=0 933, OR =12 122);consuming more sugar(Bi=2 369,Bs=0 913, OR =10 687);hunger(Bi=1 065,Bs=0 825, OR =2 901);the history of infectious mumps(Bi=2 230,Bs=0 701, OR =9 300) and over eating and drinking(Bi=0 849,Bs=0 479, OR =2 337).Howe ver, consuming more vegetables was probably a protective factor (Bi=-2 313,Bs=-0 961, OR =0 100).The five possible risk factors in adult were affection of fat (Bi=3 461,Bs=1 442, OR =31 849),preferring deep fried foods(Bi=3 525,Bs=1 305, OR =33 954),consuming more sugar(Bi=2 448,Bs=0 940, OR =11 565),over eating and drinking (Bi=1 324,Bs=0 772, OR =3 758) and obesity(Bi=1 148,Bs=0 661, OR =3 152).Conclusion:It suggests that some protective measures about Type 2 diabetes mellitus should be set about in younger status.It is also important to consume less fat and sugar and to prevent from obesity at the adult stage in order to control the incidence of Type 2 diabetes mellitus.更多还原
