河北太行山某恙虫病疫源地传播媒介与宿主调查
Investigation on the Vector and Host of Tsutsugamushi Disease in Epidemic Focus,Taihang Mountains,Hebei Province
【摘要】 目的 :了解河北省恙虫病疫源地的传播媒介与宿主。方法 :1998年 8月至 1999年 1月 ,对太行山区某恙虫病流行村定期捕鼠和分离恙螨 ,采集老鼠的肝脾和恙螨传代昆明种小鼠 ,取传代鼠肝脾涂片进行姬姆萨染色和切片进行免疫荧光法检测Rt,对采集鼠和传代鼠采血检测血清恙虫病抗体。结果 :褐家鼠和黑线姬鼠为当地的优势鼠种 ,无论采集鼠和传代鼠的血清中均查到恙虫病抗体 ,传代鼠的肝脾涂片和切片均查到恙虫病立克次体。传播媒介为小板纤恙螨 ,在其传代标本中也发现恙虫病抗体和立克次体。结论 :河北省恙虫病疫源地宿主为褐家鼠和黑线姬鼠 ,媒介为小板纤恙螨
【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the vector and host of tsutsugamushi disease(TD) in certain village,Hebei province. Method:From August,1998 to January,1999,we caught the mice periodically and separated trombculid mites in epidemic focus.We inoculated Kunming mouse with samples of liver and spleen from caught mouse and Trombiculid mites.Giemsa stain and immunofluorescent method were used to examine Rickettsia tsutsugamushi(Rt) on smear and sections.Sera of the origined mice and the inoculated mice were tested for antibodies to TD. Results: Rattus norvegicus and Apodemus agrarius were predominant kinds of mice in epidemic focus.It was found that antibodies to TD was positive in the sera from the origined mice and inoculated mice with samples of liver,spleen and homogenized Leptotrombidium scutellare. Rt was found on the smear and sections with livers and spleens from the inoculated mice. Conclusion: The hosts of TD in the epidemic focus are mainly Rattus norvegicus and Apodemus agrarius .The vector of TD is Leptotrombidium scutellare .
