血管紧张素转换酶基因型多态性与原发性高血压左室重量指数的相关性研究

【摘要】 目的 研究血管紧张素转换酶 ( ACE)基因型与原发性高血压患者左室重量指数的相关性。方法 用 PCR方法分别检测15 8例原发性高血压患者 ACEG,并做超声心动图检查 ,测量左室舒张末径 ( DLVd)、左室收缩末径 ( SLVd)、室间隔厚度 ( IVS)及左室后壁厚度 ( PWT) ,根据 Devereux公式计算左室重量 ( LVM) [1 ]和左室重量指数 L VMI( LVMI=LVM/体表面积 )。结果 各基因型组中 , 型的 LVMI为 ( 117.2 6g± 3 7.14 ) g/ m2 ,ID型组的 L VMI为 ( 12 5 .3 8g± 3 3 .2 9) g/ m2 ,DD型组的 LVMI为 ( 12 1.11± 3 1.82 ) g/m2 ,各基因型组间 LVMI并无显著性差异 ( P>0 .0 5 )。结论 中国人 ACEG与原发性高血压左室重量指数无相关性。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the correlation of polymorphism of angiotensin converting enzyme gene with left ventricular mass index in essential hypertension (EH).Methods ACEG was determined by means of PCR in 158 patients with EH. Diastolic left ventricular diameter (DLVd), sytolic left ventricular diameter (SLVd),interseptal ventricular septum (IVS) and posterior wall thickness (PWT) were measured through echocardiograph examination. With the results of measurement, left ventricular mass and left ventricular mass index (LVMI ) were figured out according to the Devereux formation. Results LVMI of Ⅱ genotype group was(117.26g±37.14)g/m 2 ,LVMI of ID genotype group was(125.38g±33.29)g/m 2 and LVMI of DD genotype group was(121.11g±31.82)g/m 2.There was no significant difference in LVMI between ID,DD and Ⅱ genotype groups (P>0.05). Conclusion There is no association between ACEG and LVMI of patients with EH
