【摘要】 目的　探讨二尖瓣脱垂(MVP)与急性风湿性心脏炎(ARC)的相关性。方法　对108例风湿热并ARC的患者行超声心动图检查以观察MVP的发生率。结果　超声心动图检查发现MVP76例,发生率为70%,其中前叶脱垂57例(53%),后叶脱垂13例(12%),前后叶均脱垂6例(6%)。与对照组比较有明显的差异(P<0.01)。ARC所致MVP中74例(97%)并发二尖瓣关闭不全(MI),且MVP与MI的严重程度密切相关(P<0.01)。结论　ARC是MVP,尤其是二尖瓣前叶脱垂的重要原因之一,而MVP是ARC所致MI的重要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the correlation features of mitral valve prolapse (MVP) with acute rheumatic carditis (ARC). Method 108 cases of rheumatic fever complicated with ARC received echocardiogram(ECG), and the incidence of MVP was observed. Result ECG indicated 76 cases of MVP with incidence of 70%, including 57 (53%) cases with anterior lobe prolapse, 13 (12%) cases with posterior lobe prolapse and 6 (6%) with both anterior and posterior lobe prolapse. This showed a remarkable difference (P<0.01) in contrast with the control group. Among the MVP patients caused by ARC, 74 patients (97%) were complicated with mitral insufficiency (MI), and MVP was closely correlated with the severity of MI (P<0.01). Conclusion ARC is one of the important factors causing MVP especially mitral anterior lobe prolapse, and MVP is the important factor that ARC leads to MI.更多还原
