用碳纤维网修复股骨头部分缺损的实验研究

【摘要】 目的 探索用碳纤维网诱导修复股骨头缺损的可行性 ,为临床应用寻找一种新的人工材料提供依据 .方法 在无菌条件下将家兔的一侧股骨头顶端人为造成骨缺损 ,将自体骨剪碎植入缺损处 ,外包碳纤维网 .结果  12周内植入的碎骨在股骨头缺损处与宿主骨结合 ,骨缺损被修复 .结论 碳纤维是一种较理想的诱导骨生长的材料 .

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the feasibility of inducing to repair femoral head defects with carbonic fibre rete and to find a new article material to suply basis for clinical apply. Methods We took out one side femoral head top of rabbits to make artificial bone defects and put the pieces of bones themselves into the defects, we enveloped the defects with carbonic fibre rete under the sterile surroundings. Results The pieces of bones planted were combined to the bones of hosts at the point of defects of femoral heads.Conclusion Carbonic fibre rete was an ideal material to induce bone growing.
