【摘要】 目的探讨应用人重组肿瘤坏死因子 (rTNF)联合顺铂 (DDP)治疗癌性胸腔积液的疗效 .方法对 5 0例经病理证实为癌性胸腔积液的患者采用尽量抽净胸水后 ,胸腔内注入rTNF 2 0万U和DDP 40mg ,1次 /d ,连续 2～ 4次 .结果近期完全缓解 (CR)达 90 % ,其中 12例持续 6个月未发现胸水 ,所有病例 2～ 4周后 ,经B超检查均有不同程度的胸膜增厚及粘连 .结论rTNF联合DDP治疗癌性胸腔积液疗效显著 ,单药用量小 ,毒副作用小 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The curative effect of combined rTNF and DDP for cancerous hydrothorax were investigated. Methods 50 patients were diagnosed cancerous hydrothorax by biopsy, injection rTNF 200000 μ and DDP 40?mg after abstraction water of chest once a day, continuously 2～4 times in pleural cavity. Results Whole relax recent reached 90%, 12 patients were no hydrothorax for 6 monthes, all patients had difference pleure adhesion by bultrasond examination after treatment 2～3 weeks. Conclusion Cancerous hydrothorax treated with combined rTNF and DDP was significant and two kinds of methods are easy to operate.更多还原
