【摘要】 目的分析迟发性外伤性颅内血肿的原因 .方法统计 3年来迟发性外伤性颅内血肿的总数、发病率、病因及治疗效果 .结果迟发性外伤性颅内血肿 2 1例 ,手术 17例 ,死亡 1例 ,保守治疗 4例 ,死亡 0例 .结论早期诊断、早期治疗可降低死亡率 ,提高治愈率更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the causes of the delayed posttraumatic intracranial hematoma. Methods The amount, incidence rate of disease, pathogenesis and the treat result of the delayed posttraumatic intracranial hematoma among three years. Results 21 cases of the delayed posttraumatic intracranial hematoma were 9.3 percent of all patients, operation 17 cases, died 1 case, non operation 4 cases, died 0 case, the operation mortality and non operation mortality is 5.9% and 0%. Conclusion Early dignosis and early treatment can reduce the mortality and raise the cure rate.更多还原
