利用双螺杆挤压技术生产高蛋白早餐营养粉的工艺研究
Producing High-protein Nutritious Rice-flour for Breadfast by Bi-screw Extrution
【摘要】 利用双螺杆挤压技术研制成功了高蛋白早餐营养米粉。本文通过正交试验 ,确定了最佳工艺条件与参数 ,探讨了营养米粉冲调性能改善的方法技术。经权威检测机构检验 ,产品的营养配比科学合理 ,配合中国营养改善计划、国家大豆行动计划 ,将在改善国人的早餐营养方面发挥重要的作用
【Abstract】 A kind of high-protein nutritious rice-flour for breakfast was successfully developed by using bi-screw extrution technology.The dissertation offers the optimal technological condition and index,explores the technique to improve the resolvent quality of the rice-flour as well.It was authenticated a nourishment with proper nutrient proportion and will play an important role in improving the people’s breakfast nutrition,which accords with the documment “Chinese Nutrition Improvement Plan and State Soybean Action Plan”。
