薏米多糖提取工艺的优化
Optimization of Polysacoharides Extration from Coix Lachryma-jobi Kernel
【摘要】 本文对薏米多糖提取的工艺条件如温度、时间、pH值三因子的最优化组合问题进行了定量研究 ,建立了具有良好预测性能的薏苡仁多糖提取条件的模型 ,并利用回归模型对工艺条件的最优化组合 ,对各单因子要素的多糖得率及其交互作用进行了探讨。试验表明 ,工艺条件中 ,当浸提温度为 10 5℃ ,浸提时间为 3.3h ,pH为 5.2时多糖得率处于较高水平
【Abstract】 The influence of extraction temperature,time,pH on the extraction rate of polysaccharides from Coix lachryma-jobi kernel was studied.A well fitted quadric regression model was developed and the optimum exaction conditions were obtained.The response of the polysaccharides yield to all three single factors and their interactions were discussed.With the extraction process composed of temperature of 105℃,time of 3.3 hours and pH of 5.2,the polysaccharides yield was pretty high.
