【摘要】 以玉米皮为原料提取碱溶性半纤维素 ,是玉米麸皮综合利用的又一有效途径 ,提出了适合于工业化生产的提取途径。研究结果表明 ,Ca(OH) 2 水溶液为最佳提取剂 ,其提取半纤维素的最佳工艺参数为 :提取剂浓度 0 .2 5 % ,物料浓度 3.3% ,5 0℃、2h。在此工艺条件下 ,碱溶性半纤维素提取率为 9.47%。同时对产品进行了定性分析 ,确定了该提取物的化学组成更多还原

【Abstract】 It is valuable to extract alkaline-hemicellulose from corn bran.The paper deals with a method of extracting corn bran hemicellulose.Ca(OH) 2 was regarded as the high extraction yield agent for extracting hemicellulose from corn bran.The optimum extracting conditions were as follows:sovent concentration 0.25%,meal concentration 3.3%,temperature 50℃,extraction time 2h.The yield of alkaline-hemicellulose under the conditions was 9.47%.更多还原
