【摘要】 目的 :分析 16例嗅神经母细胞瘤的临床、病理特征及疗效。方法 :复习 16例的全部病例资料、组织切片 ;按 kadish分期分成 A、B、C三期 ,分析其疗效。结果 :kadish分期 A、B、C三期各种治疗总的 5 a生存率分别为10 0 %、33%和 12 .5 %。结论 :嗅神经母细胞瘤疗效与临床分期有关 ,治疗以放射治疗或手术加放疗最理想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the clinical and pathological character of 16 patients with olfactory neuroblastoma,and the treatment effect.Methods:After reviewing all the cases and histo pathological slices of 16 patients with olfactory neuroblastoma and according to the kadish’s staging,the patients were divided into three stages of A,B,C.Results:According to the dadish’s A,B,C stage,The 5 year survival rates were 100%,33.3% and 12.5%.Conclusion:The effect of olfactory neuroblastoma was connected with the clinical stage,and without obvious connection with the histo pathological character.更多还原
