【摘要】 目的　了解血脂康对酒精性肝病（ＡＬＤ）的血脂代谢及肝功酶学改变的影响。方法将８６例酒精性肝病伴高脂血症病人 随机分为两组，同时给予保肝对症治疗，其中４６例加服血脂康，另４０例为对照组。在治疗前后不同阶段观察血脂代谢变化及肝功能改 变。结果血脂康可明显降低酒精性肝病的血清胆固醇（ＴＣ）、低密度脂蛋白（ＬＤＬ－Ｃ）的含量（Ｐ＜０．０１），中度降低血清甘油三酯（ＴＧ） 的含量（Ｐ＜０．０５），轻度增加血清高密度脂蛋白（ＨＤＬ－Ｃ）的含量（Ｐ＜０．０５），且可以改善酒精性肝病的功能状况。结论血脂康不仅具 有较好的调节血脂代谢功能，对酒精性肝病的肝功能改善也有一定的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of Xuezhikang on alcoholic liver disease(ALD). Methods 46 patients with ALD received Xuezhikang for 4 weeks. and for & weeks then blood lipid and hepatic function were measured. Results Xuezhikang could adjust blood lipid levels including lowering serum total cholesterol (TC),serum triglyceride (TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and increasing high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C ) with good tolerance and safety. Conclusions Xuezhikang can significantly decrease the blood lipid levels and improve hepatic function of patients with ALD. It is safe and effective.更多还原
