【摘要】 目的观察老年高血压病患者血小板膜糖蛋白和血小板粘附率及聚集率的变化。方法采用酶联免疫法测定３０例老年 Ⅰ、Ⅱ期高血压患者和３０例正常对照者血小板α颗粒膜蛋白（ＧＭＰ－１４０）．血小板膜糖蛋Ⅱｂ／Ⅲ ａ（ＧＰⅡｂ／Ⅲａ）含量，同时检测其血小 板粘附率和最大聚集率。结果　高血压组血小板膜糖蛋白含量和血小板粘附率、聚集率均较正常对照组显著增高（均Ｐ＜０．００１）。相关 分析显示高血压病组患者ＧＭＰ－１４０、ＧＰⅡｂ／Ⅲ ａ与血小板粘附率和聚集率呈正相关关系（均 Ｐ＜０． ０１）。结论 Ⅰ、 Ⅱ期高血压病患者血 小板膜糖蛋白增高，血小板粘附率和聚集率增高，这是动脉内血栓前状态的重要指标，也是影响高血压病及高血压引起的缺血性心脑血管病发生发展的重要原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the changes of platelet glycoprotein,platelet adherent rate and platelet aggregative rate in hypertension. Mathods Contens of a-gramnie membrane protein- 140 (GMP- 14 0 ) and platelet glycoprotei Ⅱ b / Ⅲa (GP Ⅱb / Ⅲa ) were stud- ied in 30 hypertensives of stage Ⅰto Ⅱand 30 normotensives. By establishing enzyme-linked immunoassays, platelet adherent rate and platelet aggregative rate were determinated as well. Results These levels increased significantly then those of normotensives (P<0. 001 ). There was also positive correlation between GMP-140,GP Ⅱb/ Ⅲa and platelet adherent rate,platelet aggregative rate (P<0. 01). Conclusions Platelet activation,platelet adherent rate and platelet aggregative rate increased in stage Ⅰto Ⅱessential hypertensions,and all are important indicess before thrombogenesis in artery,with the development of complications.更多还原
