【摘要】 目的　观察通补延衰方对衰老小鼠模型肝和胸腺两组织延缓衰老的作用。方法　用 D 半乳糖小鼠颈部皮下注射复制衰老小鼠模型 ,同时灌肠通补延衰方 ,1个月后取部分肝、胸腺组织用 HE染色光镜和透射电镜进行观察。结果　通补延衰方能预防和治疗衰老模型小鼠肝、胸腺两组织的老化。结论　通补延衰方具有延缓衰老小鼠的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the influences of Tongbuyanshuai recipe on liver and thymus in aging model mice.Methods Hematoxylin eosin stain was used and morphologic changes related to aging in liver and thymus were observed with microscope and electron microscope.Results Tongbuyanshuai recipe can prevent or reverse the aging in liver and thymus of the aging mice model.Conclusions Tongbuyanshuai recipe has functions of defering aging in mice model.更多还原
