【摘要】 目的　观察中医补肾方对老年性痴呆大鼠学习记忆行为和血清细胞因子的影响。方法　在 s c D 半乳糖造成大鼠亚急性衰老的基础上 ,双侧海马内注射喹啉酸造成类 AD模型。以 Y 电迷宫和 ELISA法分别检测大鼠的学习记忆行为和血清细胞因子。结果　补肾方可显著提高痴呆大鼠的 Y 迷宫正确次数 ,明显降低痴呆大鼠升高的血清 IL 2、TNF α水平。结论　补肾方可通过调整痴呆大鼠的免疫反应而提高其学习记忆能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the effects of tonifying the kidney formula(TKF) on memory behaviour of learning and serum cytokines of subacute senile dementia rats.Methods Injecting quinolinic acid into rat hippocampus after injecting D galactose to form the dementia rat model. Then the memory and behaviour of learning were tested with type Y electronic maze and serum cytokines were measured with ELISA.Results TKF could increase the correct numbers of Y maze of the dementia rats significantly, and the contents of serum IL 2 and TNF α of the dementia rat could be significantly decreased.Conclusions TKF might improve the learning behaviour and memory of the dementia rats by regulationg their immune functions.更多还原
