【摘要】 通过采用离体乳鼠大脑皮层神经元的培养 ,观察了谷氨酸、H2 O2 对皮层神经元的损伤及地梢瓜甙的抗损伤作用。结果表明 :地梢瓜甙组神经元DNA断裂率明显降低 ,且可降低损伤后皮层神经元的MDA水平。说明地梢瓜甙能够抑制脂质过氧化反应 ,对神经元具有保护作用更多还原

【Abstract】 The cell culture was made to study the effect of Cynanchum on infuried neuron(H 2O 2,glutamate).the result indicatal that Cynanchum was effective on anti-overoxidizing and could get rid of·OH produced by Fe 2+ and H 2O 2 directly.So cynanchum protect the neuron.更多还原
