【摘要】 本试验以利用瘤胃内容物为目的 ,在瘤胃内容物中加不同比例的酒糟 ,在不同条件下发酵 ,结果证明 ,在瘤胃内容物中加 4 0 %的酒糟 ,pH值 5 5～ 7 4 ,水分 60 %～ 65% ,在 35℃下发酵12 0小时 ,比瘤胃内容物和酒槽的粗蛋白质分别提高 1 55%和 4 64% (P <0 0 5) ,粗纤维分别下降4 69% (P <0 0 5)和 9 60 % (P <0 0 1)。能代替猪料的 12 % ,比对照组日增重提高 74克。能代替产蛋鸡料的 9% ,产蛋率提高 1 4 % ,有效的降低饲料成本 ,经济效益显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 The result showed the grin stillage was added to inclosure of rumen for 40%.Its pH is 5.5-7.4 Its water content is 60-65%.It is leavened for 120h(35℃).The protein content is more (1.55% and 4.64%) than inclosure of rumen and grain stillage. The crude fibber is few (4.69% and 9.60%)than inclosure of rumen and grain stillage. The feeding of swine and fowl was subsed for 12% and 9%,the performance trait of the swines and fowls were advanced.更多还原
