【摘要】 对自然感染并经血清学和病原学检测定性为猪生殖—呼吸综合征 (PRRS)的 3头仔猪 ,在临床病理学研究的基础上 ,对其进行了超微结构观察 ,主要表现为 :1 各种细胞器遭受普遍性的膜结构损伤 ,而以线粒体和粗面内质网变化较为严重 ;2 病变主要发生在单核巨噬细胞系统 ,即巨噬细胞和血管内皮细胞变化最明显。病猪在临床上主要表现为广泛性的微循环障碍和防卫功能低下 ,死亡率非常高。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ultrastriccture of three piglets with natural infection identified serologically and aetiologically as PRRS,on the basis of study on dinical pathology was observed.The results indicate that the membranous structures of organelles was generally damaged and the damage of mitochondria and rough endoplasmic reticulum was especially serious,pathological changes maimly ocured in mononuclear macrophage system and the changes of macrophage and vascular endothelial cell were apparently clear cut.Therefore sick porcines were clinically performed as microcirculatory disturbance and low defence,they were also showed high mortality.更多还原
