用于复叠温区的多元混合工质节流制冷机优化分析及实验研究

【摘要】 本文报道了一种应用于复叠制冷温区的多元混合工质节流制冷机。文中建立了多元混合工质节流制冷热力循环的优化分析模型 ,给出了多元混合工质选配与循环运行参数设计原则。针对于某一复叠温区制冷温度进行了优化计算 ,计算结果与文献中一经典复叠式制冷循环的理论计算结果进行了比较。结果表明 :在采用合理选配的混合物作制冷工质时 ,一次节流制冷循环其性能与经典复叠式制冷循环相当。在理论分析的同时 ,我们也进行了相应的实验研究 ,在采用 1/ 3HP的空调压缩机驱动下 ,采用两种混合工质分别取得了在 - 70℃有2 0W和 - 12 0℃有 11W的制冷量的实验结果。综合表明 :考虑到混合工质节流制冷系统的简单性与可靠性 ,混合物工质一次节流制冷有可能部分替代经典复叠式制冷方式。

【Abstract】 A mixed-refrigerant J-T refrigerator (MJTR) for using in cascade refrigeration temperature range is reported in this paper. The optimization model for this MJTR is established in this paper including the principle of component selection and operating parameter optimization. The theoretical comparison between a cascade refrigerator and a MJTR is also made.The result shows that the efficiency of mixedrefrigerant J-T refrigerator is closely near that of the classical cascade refrigeration system. Meanwhile, a mixed-refrigerant J-T refrigerator is made and tested. A cooling capacity of 11W at -120℃ with a threecomponent mixture and another cooling capacity of 20W at -70℃ are achieved. Considered of its simplicity and reliability,the single throttling refrigeration system can take the place of the classical cascade refrigeration system in many cases.
