氯丙嗪对精神分裂症患者血液流变学及血小板聚集的影响
The Effect of Chlorpromazine on Blood Rheology and Platelet Aggregating Function in Schizophrenics
【摘要】 为探讨氯丙嗪对精神分裂症 (SP)患者血液流变学及血小板聚集功能的影响 ,对 5 0例患者于氯丙嗪治疗前后作简明精神病量表 (BPRS)评定及血液流变学和血小板聚集功能测定并与对照组比较。结果 :SP患者治疗前全血表观高、中、及低切粘度 ,红细胞压积 ,纤维蛋白原浓度 ,红细胞电泳时间 ,血小板 1m in、5 m in和最大聚集率显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ,血沉和血浆粘度与对照组比较差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;氯丙嗪治疗 1个月后 ,BPRS评分下降 (P<0 .0 1) ,全血高、中及低切粘度 ,红细胞压积 ,纤维蛋白原浓度和红细胞电泳时间显著下降 (P<0 .0 1和 0 .0 5 ) ,血浆粘度、血沉和血小板 1m in聚集率与治疗前差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,5 m in和最大聚集率显著增强 (P<0 .0 1)。提示 :氯丙嗪治疗可改善 SP患者血液流变学高粘滞状态 ,能使血小板内源性聚集功能增强。
【Abstract】 The effect of chlorpromazine on blood rheology and platelet aggregating function in schizophrenics was investigated. The BPRS’s evaluation and the measures of both the blood rheology and platelet aggregating function were conducted in 50 patients with schizophrenics and compared with control group before and after chlorpromazine treatment. Results showed the high shear (200 s 1 ), middle shear (30 s 1 ) and low shear (3 s 1 ) of whole blood apparent viscosity, the Hct, the level of fibrinogen, the time of erythrocyte electrophoresis, PAR1, PAR5 and PARm were all increased ( P <0 01), but ESR and plasma viscosity had no significant change before treatment in schizophrenia ( P >0 05) as compared with those in the control group. After one month of treatment, the score of BPRS was decreased ( P <0 01), but the 200 s 1 , 30 s 1 and 3 s 1 viscosity, the Hct, the Fg and the time of erythrocyte electrophoresis were all obviously decreased ( P <0 01, 0 05). No significant changes in the plasma viscosity, the ESR and platelet PAR were found. PAR5 and PARm were obviously enhanced ( P <0 01). It was suggested that the chlorpromazine treatment cough improve the high viscosity state of blood rheology and enhance platelet endogenous aggregating function.
