从猕猴动脉硬化模型观察内囊供血动脉的改变
Observation the changes of arteries to capsula interna on macaque model of arteriosclerosis
【摘要】 目的 :研究脑血管病的发病机理。方法 :本实验用 12只猕猴建立动脉硬化模型 ,用扫描、透射电镜观察内囊供血动脉超微结构的改变。结果 :发现大脑中动脉中央支开口处有螺旋形瓣膜 ,且动脉硬化时极易受损。内皮呈现多处破溃脱落 ,血小板和单核细胞粘附在裸露的内皮下层形成血栓。中膜平滑肌向内皮下迁移 ,引起内膜肥厚 ,而中膜则出现局部平滑肌缺如。中膜还发现散在细胞坏死 ,尤其是靠近内弹力板处的坏死物向内膜排入 ,加剧了内膜的损害。中膜平滑肌合成大量细胞外基质 (如胶质纤维 ) ,使血管弹性降低。结论 :中央支超微结构的改变可能是缺血性或出血性脑血管病的重要发病基础。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study pathogenetic basis of cerebrovascular didease. Methods: Arteriosclerosis model was established on 12 macaques in this study. Ultrastructure changes of arteries to capsula interna were observe by scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope. Rusults: There exists helicoid valve at the beginning of central branch of Sylvian artery and it is easily injured when sclerosis happens. Endothelia damage included the endothelium ecclasis, monocyte and platelets adherence to from thombus at the exposed subendothelia layer. The endothelium pachynsis and local smooth muscle depletion was found because of the smooth muscle translation to subendothlial layer. Sporadic cell necrosis was found in middle membrane, and smooth muscle synthesized an amount of extracellular matrix which reduce the vessels’ elasticity. Conclusions: Ultrastructure changes of central branch may be the important pathogenetic basis of ischemic or hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease.
