【摘要】 目的：对犬肋骨肌瓣与肌瓣环进行解剖学观察，并以此组织瓣进行气管成型与气管再造动物实验。方法：将犬的第３ 肋间血管灌注后观察其分布情况。将第３ 肋骨与上下肋间肌修整成带血管蒂的肋骨肌瓣、骨肌瓣环，分别行胸内气管成型与环形替代术。结果：犬的肋骨肌瓣、瓣环血供均良好。第３肋间动脉、静脉有多个分支在胸膜与骨膜之间上行分布于上位肋间肌。实验获得满意效果，气管成型手术的犬与非手术犬一样正常活动。气管再造的１８ 条犬中１１ 条犬生存已超过３ 个月。结论：肋骨肌瓣、骨肌瓣环有可能用于气管成型与再造手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 To provide anatomical basis of rid muscle flap for the repair or restoration of trachea in dog.Methods:The third intercostal vessels were perfusedand observed.Rid muscle flap and ring pedicled with vessels were made of the 3rd rib and the attaching intercostal muscles,and the tracheoplasty and tracheal restoration were performed.Results:The blood supply of the graft was rich.Many branches of the 3rd intercostal artery and tributaries of the vein ran upward between the pleura and periosteum to distribute to superior intercostal muscle.The treated canines (18) were as normal as the control group,11 of which had survived for 3 months.Conclusions:Rid muscel flap and ring could be used in tracheoplasty and tracheal restoration.更多还原
