【摘要】 目的：对臂丛颈７ 神经根及桥接尺神经的显微解剖研究，为选择性颈７ 神经根移位术的建立提供理论依据。方法：常规防腐尸体标本１４ 具（２８ 侧） ，在显微镜下暴露自颈７ 神经根椎间孔处至干股交界处，测量其长度、两端神经直径。测量豌豆骨处尺神经主干及手背支的直径。结果：颈７ 神经根自椎间孔至干股交界处的根干长度：左４８ ．２ ±７ ．４ ｍ ｍ ；右４４ ．０ ±５ ．８ ｍ ｍ ；出椎间孔处神经横、纵径分别为：左５ ．８±０ ．４ ｍ ｍ ，５ ．２ ±０ ．４ ｍ ｍ ；右５ ．８ ±０ ．４ ｍ ｍ ，５ ．０ ±０ ．５ ｍ ｍ ；干股交界处：左６ ．０ ±０ ．５ ｍ ｍ ，５ ．２ ±０ ．６ ｍ ｍ ；右５ ．５±０ ．４ ｍ ｍ ，５ ．２ ±０ ．５ ｍ ｍ 。尺神经（ 豌豆骨近侧水平） 主干横径与纵径：左３ ．６ ±０ ．３ ｍ ｍ ，３ ．２ ±０ ．３ ｍ ｍ ；右３ ．８±０ ．３ ｍ ｍ ，３ ．０ ±０ ．２ ｍ ｍ ；手背支横径与纵径为２ ．５ ±０ ．２ ｍ ｍ ，１ ．４ ±０ ．２ ｍ ｍ ；右２ ．６ ±０ ．２ ｍ ｍ ，１ ．３ ±０ ．２ ｍ ｍ 。结论：选择性地保留部分颈７ 神经根前股前内侧部分纤维，既能解决尺神经与颈７ 神经根的周径匹配问题，又对健侧肢体感觉影响最小。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the anatomy of the C 7 nerve and the diameter of bridging ulnar nerve to provide theoretic evidence for selective transposition of the C 7 nerve.Methods:14 embalmed cadavers(28 sides) were dissected under microscope.The C 7 nerve roots from its origin (intervertebral foramen) to the trunk division junction were exposed;the distance and diameters of the two ends were measured.Measurement of the diameters of the ulnar nerve at the level of the pisiform bone and the dorsal cutaneous branch was also carried out on the cadavers.Results:The distance of the C 7 nerve from the intervertebral foramen to the trunk division junction(root to trunk length) was 48.2±7.4 mm(left) and 44.0±5.8 mm(right).The transverse and longitudinal diameters of the C 7 nerve were respectively 5.80±0.35 mm/5.18± 0.37 mm(left) and 5.8±0.4 mm/4.9±0.5 mm(right)at the intervertebral foramen;at the trunk divistion junction level 6.0±0.5 mm/5.2±0.6 mm(left) and 5.5±0.4 mm/5.2±0.3 mm(right).The relevant parameters of the ulnar nerve were as the follows:at the level of proximal margin of the pisiform bone 3.6±0.3 mm/3.2±0.3 mm (left) and 3.8±0.3 mm/3.0±0.2 mm(right);the dorsal cutaneous branch 2.5±0.2 mm/1.4±0.2 mm (left) and 2.6±0.3 mm/1.3±0.2 mm(right).Conclusion:Selective transposition of the C 7 nerve (anterionmedial part of the anterior divison was selectively preserved)can solve the problem of dismatch in diameters of C 7 nerve root and the ulnar nerve.更多还原
