激光扫描显微镜对淋巴结良恶性增生细胞的观察
Observation of the Benign and Malignant Proliferative Cells of Lymphonodus with Laser Scanning Microscope
【摘要】 目的 观察淋巴结良恶性增生细胞在LSM下的一般形态 ,特别是自体荧光特征。方法 采用LSM对淋巴结反应性增生 ( 5例 )、恶性淋巴瘤 ( 15例 )的细胞进行激光透射 (LT)、激光反射 (LR)及荧光观察。结果 发现增生细胞的一般形态要比CM下更为显著。在 4 88nm单色激光激发下 ,良恶性增生细胞及其周围RBC的自体荧光相对强度有显著不同。结论 LSM下淋巴结良恶性增生细胞及周围RBC的自体荧光特征可为其鉴别诊断提供重要依据。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the general morphological characteristics,especially the auto-fluorescence characteristics of the benign and malignant proliferative cells of lymphonodus under the laser scanning microscope(LSM).Methods The cells of the reactive proliferation of lymphonodus(5cases)and malignant proliferation(15 cases)were observed separately under LSM with laser transmission scanning(LT),reflect scanning(LR)and fluorescence(LF).Results We found that the general morphological characteristics of the benign and malignant proliferate cells under LSM were more marked than common microscope (CM).Particularly under the exciting of 488nm single wave laser the auto-fluorescence with different intensity was observed in the lymphocytes,malignant lymphoma cells and their periphery RBC.Conclusion The auto-fluorescence characteristics of the benign and malignant proliferative cells under LSM may be used as an important basis for their discriminate diagnosis.
