【摘要】 目的　分析乳腺癌术后皮瓣坏死原因。方法　对实施乳腺癌手术的 32 0例患者中出现瓣坏死的 2 0例的临床分期、术式、肿块部位进行分析 ,并对皮瓣坏死原因归纳总结。结果与结论乳腺癌术后皮瓣坏死与临床分期、术式、肿块部位没有关系 ,主要与手术操作、术后处理及患者的个体状况有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 To analyse the reasons of flap necrosis postoperation of breast cancer.Methods Such clinical characters as the clinical phases,the operative patterns,the sites of tumor of 20 cases breast cancers were compared who had been carried out operation and who had a piece of or several pieces of necrotic flap.The reasons of flap necrosis were detected.Results and conclusion Flap necrosis postoperation of breast cancer had no relation with those three kinds of clinical character,but correlated with the surgical operation,treatment postoperation and some accompanying diseases of the case.更多还原
