【摘要】 目的　采用 3种方法控制恶性肿瘤联合化疗所致急性恶心、呕吐。方法　常规用药组(Ⅰ )、枢复宁组 (Ⅱ )、针药并用组 (Ⅲ )对 391例国人不同类型恶性肿瘤进行临床观察 ,结果　Ⅱ、Ⅲ组疗效明显高于Ⅰ组 (P <0 0 5)、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组疗效相当 ,控制恶心效果 ,虽然最初 2 4小时以Ⅱ组为高(84 % )、Ⅲ组 71% ,但整个疗程 ,效果相当 ,且Ⅲ组对肝疾患者效果优于Ⅱ组 ,弥补了枢复宁的不足。结论　针药并用组 ,疗效显著 ,且中药药源广泛 ,价格低廉 ,针刺简便易行 ,是值得推广的一种方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To control side offects suenas nausea and vomtt of cancer patients with union chemical treatment.Methods 391 casas nere treated wicth three methods.They were dirided into three groups:common diug group(Ⅰ).Ondonstron group(Ⅱ) and Chinese herhal medieine group(Ⅲ).Results The offect of Group Ⅱ and Group Ⅲ show a higher degree than Group Ⅰ( P <0 05),Group Ⅱ and Group Ⅲ hare same effect.Though first 24h effect in Group Ⅱ higher(84%) than in Group ⅡⅠ(71%),But the Group Ⅱ have more curative to liver disease cases and Group Ⅱ and Ⅲ.have same effect in a course of treatment.Conclusion Acupuncture and Chinese herbal Medicine have remarkable curative effect.But Chinese herbl medicine source is vast,and price is cheap,Acupunctareis easy to operate.This is a good method which is worth to popularize.更多还原
