【摘要】 目的　分析嗅神经母细胞瘤的临床特点 ,提高诊断率。方法　复习 2 1例的全部病历 ,组织切片 ,总结其特点。结果　病人表现为单侧鼻塞有 2 0例 ,为 95 2 % ,肿瘤均位于鼻腔顶部 ,呈结节状隆起 ;病变局限于单侧鼻腔的有 3例 ,为 14 3% ;病变侵犯邻近组织或或器官的有 8例 ,为 38 1% ;有颈淋巴结或远处转移的 10例 ,为 4 7 6 %。结论　嗅神经母细胞瘤恶性程度高 ,易侵犯邻近组织器官及血行转移 ,且易误诊更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To raise diagnosis rate,analyze the clinical characters of olfactory neuroblastoma.Methods:Review all cases and histopathological slices of 21 patients with olfactory neuroblastoma and study their characters.Results 20patients have unilateral snuffle(95 2%);Their tumors all locate on the top of nasal cavity and grow with nodular eminence;The focuses of 3 patients(14 3%)locate in the unilateral nasal cavity locally;The focuses of 8 patients(38 1%)invade adjacent tissues and organs;10 patients(47 6%)have transfer of lymph gland of neck and remoteness.Conclusion Olfactory neuroblastoma has more malignant character,invade adjacent tissues or organs easily and transfer by blood,furthermore is missed diagnosis.更多还原
