【摘要】 目的　研究大剂量高聚金葡素 (HASL)胸腔内注射治疗恶性胸水的疗效。方法　将 6 0例恶性胸水患者随机分为 2组 ,分别采用大剂量HASL和阿霉素 (ADM)加顺铂 (DDP)胸腔内注射。结果　HASL的总有效率为 83% ,ADM组的总有效率为 37% ,二组比较统计学上有非常显著差异 ;未发现明显毒副作用。结论　大剂量HASL疗效优于ADM组更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to study the effect of high dose of HASL instillation intrapleural on malignant pleural effusion.Methods 60 cases of malignant pleural effusion were divided randomly into two groups which were treated separately with High Agglutinitive Straphy Lococcin (HASL) or Adriamycin (ADM) and Cis Diaminodichloroplatin (DDP) instillation intrapleural.Results The total effective rate of HASL is 83%,and that it of ADM is 37%.The difference between the two groups is very significant.No serious poisoning and side effects have been found.Conclusion It is suggested that the effect of high dose of HASL is better than that of ADM更多还原
