【摘要】 观察硫酸依替米星治疗风湿免疫性疾病合并各类型感染者的临床效果。将患者随机分两组 ,治疗组应用硫酸依替米星 ,对照组应用阿米卡星 ,每天 0 .2 g,10 d为一疗程。结果治疗组无论在临床疗效还是细菌学评价上均优于对照组 ,而不良反应少于对照组 ,差异显著。结论 :硫酸依替米星在治疗风湿免疫性疾病合并各类型感染上是一种疗效高、安全性好的新抗生素。更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate the clinical efficacy of etimicin sulfate for the treatment of complicated infections in rheumatic immunologic patients. Patients (n=50)were randomly divided into two groups, amikacin sulfate used as control with a dosage of 0.2g per day in saline solution by intravenous drip for 10 days. Results: The clinical efficacy and bacterial examinations of etimicin sulfate group were distinctively better than the amikacin sulfate treated group with fewer side effects. Conclusion: Etimicin sulfate is a potent and safe antibiotic with significant efficacy for the treatment of complicated infections in rheumatic immunologic patients.更多还原
