【摘要】 观察阿奇霉素胶囊治疗女性淋菌性阴道炎 ,淋菌性尿道炎的疗效。经临床确诊患者 ,口服阿奇霉素胶囊 1g(4粒 ) ,4～ 7d后复诊。结果 112例淋菌性阴道炎痊愈 92例 ,治愈率 82 .14% ;淋菌性尿道炎 6 6例 ,痊愈 6 1例 ,治愈率 92 .42 %。结果表明 ,阿奇霉素胶囊对淋菌性阴道炎、淋菌性尿道炎有良好的治疗效果 ,且口服方便 ,方法简单 ,值得在临床上推广运用更多还原

【Abstract】 To discuss the effect of azithromycin capslules on gonorrhoeal urethritis and gonorrhoeal vaginitis.Clinical diagnosed patients were orally given azithromycin capsules1g( 4 capsules) once a day,after 4～ 7days,and were asked to come back for countercheck.Result:Ninety- two out of one hundred and twelve cases of gonorrhoeal vaginitis were completely cured,with a cure rate of 82 .14% . Sixty- one out of sixty- six cases with gonorrhoeal urethritis were cured,with a cure rate of 92 .4 2 % . The result shows that the effect of azithromycin capsules on gonorrhoeal vaginitis and gonorrhroeal urethritis is obvious. In addition,it can be easily used in the form of capsules by the patients. Therefore,azithromycin can be recommended for clinical application.更多还原
