【Abstract】 A new technique is studied for producing high purity oxytetracycline ( OTC) .Raw OTC powder is dissolved in hydrochloride solution,and then K2 Fe( CN) 6- Zn SO4 are added in this solution to flocculate the impurties.Pyrogen and other biopolymer impurities can be removed by ultrafiltration,and high purity OTC conform to injection standard is obtained by recrystallization.The yield is about80 % .更多还原
