【摘要】 反相 HPL C法测定人血浆及尿中溴莫普林浓度。血浆及尿样经二氯甲烷萃取等预处理后 ,于Symmetry C1 8柱上 ,以甲醇 - 0 .0 2 mol/ L NH4H2 PO4(6 0 :40 ,p H7.6 0 )为流动相进行分离测定。线性范围 0 .0 5～4mg/ L,萃取回收率 82 .4%～ 86 .1% ,加样回收率 96 .6 %～ 10 0 .9% ,日内 RSD1.72 %～ 3.81% ,日间 RSD3.10 %～ 7.6 3%。本法准确可靠 ,适于在溴莫普林药动学等研究中应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 A simple HPLC method was established for the determination of brodimoprim in human plasma and urine. Methylene chloride was used as extraction solvent for the plasma and urine samples. The chromatographic separation was carried on C 18 column with a mobile phase consisting of methanol-0.02 mol/L NH 4H 2PO 4 (60∶40, pH7.60). The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.05~4mg/L. The extraction recoveries of brodimoprim were 82.4 %~86.1%. The recoveries of methodology ranged from 96.6%~100.9%. Inter day RSD and intra day RSD were 1.72 %~3.81% and 3.10%~7.63% respectively. This method is accurate and reliable. It is useful to the pharmacokinetic study of brodimoprim.更多还原
