大孔吸附树脂提取泰乐星的研究
Study on extraction of tylosin with marcroporous adsorption resin
【摘要】 用几种典型的大孔吸附树脂对发酵过滤液中泰乐星吸附 ,筛选出 H- 3型树脂为吸附剂。静态实验表明 ,H- 3型大孔吸附树脂对泰乐星吸附量可达 15 5 .9m g/ g干树脂 ,最佳吸附 p H在 7.5~ 8.0 ,吸附剂投入量 7%~ 8% (w/ v) ,吸附时间 6 h为最适宜吸附条件。其吸附等温线服从 Freundlich吸附等温式。以甲醇 -柠檬酸缓冲液体系做洗脱剂 ,解吸率达 84.6 %。选出以 D2 90大孔碱性树脂为脱色剂。动态实验确定吸附流速2 BV/ h,洗脱流速 1BV/ h,洗脱峰集中。浓缩结晶纯度可达 97% ,总收率 6 5 %。
【Abstract】 Various kinds of marcroporous adsorption resin were used to extract tylosin from filter liquor. The static experiments showed that H 3 marcroporous adsorption resin had the highest adsorption capacity, 155.9 mg/g dry resin, the optimal pH of adsorption was 7.5~8.0, and the operation conditions of the proportion of the resin 7%~8% (w/v) and the adsorption time 6 hours was optimum. The isotherm equation was according to Freundlich type. The recovery rate of 84.6% could be obtained in application of methanol citric acid buffer as eluent.The marcroporous alkaline resin D 290 was selected to served as decolorant. The dynamic experiments showed when the flow rate of tylosin solution was 2BV/h, and that of eluent was 1BV/h, there was a obvious eluent peak of tylosin. By this method the purity of tylosin could reach 97%.
