【Abstract】 In this paper, a new method of solvent extraction in biotechonlogy——ultrafiltration/extraction is introduced. According to this method, we can well solve the problem of emulsion which has afflicted the solvent extraction for a long time, and increase the extraction yield and product quality. And we also discuss the prediction and control of emulsion in the extraction of antibiotics, and present the view of critical emulsion molecular weight of proteins.更多还原
