【Abstract】 A new type of resettable over current protectors has been developed by taking advantages of the favorable properties of shape memory alloy and positive temperature coefficient materials.The operating principle and the strengths of the protector,such as no requirement of manual resetting or replacement,low delivered resistance,fast trip,high breakdown voltage,and easy fabrication,were discussed.更多还原
