XPS在酞菁类有机半导体研究方面的应用
XPS Studies of Phthalocyanines Organic Semiconductors
【摘要】 作为探测分子和样品表面和界面的电子结构的有效手段 ,XPS能够为材料及器件的设计提供有价值的信息。本文从定量分析、生长模式、界面和电子结构等方面论述了XPS在有机半导体领域的研究情况
【Abstract】 XPS,an important probe which is capable of characterizing surface and interfacial electronic properties,has been widely used to study inorganic films and solid materials.It can also be used to study organic materials.In this paper,various aspects of XPS studies of organic materials,especially phthalocyanines organic semiconductors,are reviewed.The discussion includes applications of XPS technique in quantitative analysis,in studies of growth modes and electronic properties on surface and at interface,etc.
