埋藏于BaO介质中的Ag纳米粒子可见光波段的光致荧光增强现象研究
Study of Photoluminescence Enhancement of Silver Nanoparticles Embedded in BaO Thin Film
【摘要】 采用紫外光 (32 3 5nm)激发 ,观察到了Ag BaO纳米薄膜相对于纳米Ag膜室温条件下在可见光波段的光致荧光增强现象。两种纳米薄膜的荧光发射主要来自于Ag纳米粒子的贡献 ,埋藏于BaO介质中的Ag纳米粒子的荧光增强特性起源于非线性光学特性的增强。有效控制介质复合薄膜中Ag纳米粒子生长 ,将有可能最大限度地增强荧光 ,这将进一步拓展Ag BaO纳米薄膜这种新型复合薄膜材料的实际应用范围
【Abstract】 Compared with Ag nanometer thin film,Ag BaO thin film exhibits stronger photoluminescence (PL) in the visible light range.We argue that the PL origin of both kinds of nanometer thin film is mostly due to Ag nanoparticles.Theoretical analysis shows that the PL enhancement of Ag BaO thin film probably results from the nonlinear optical properties after the silver nanoparticles are embedded in the BaO thin film.Realization of maximum enhancement of PL intensity by efficiently controlling the growth of Ag nanoparticles in Ag BaO thin film makes it possible for Ag BaO thin film to be a new kind of complex luminescent material for applications.
