【摘要】 叙述了人胚胎干细胞(hES细胞)的研究现状,并对hES细胞的研究进展及其应用前景等作全面综述。

【Abstract】 Human embryonic stem cells have general characteristics of other mammalian embryonic stem cells, but some differences. In this review, recent progresses of research on establishment of human embryonic stem cells and their applications and prospects are discussed.
