【摘要】 对安徽的堇菜属 (Viola) 1 6种花粉和 2 1种叶下表皮作了扫描电镜观察 .花粉观察显示 ,花粉粒可分为两极均不沟通和具单极合流孔沟的三孔沟型两大类 ,根据它们的外壁纹饰 ,又可细分为皱块状纹型、致密穿孔型、链珠纹型、皱波纹型、网纹型、具孔穴的大皱块纹型及不规则小穿孔纹型 7个类型 .叶的表皮观察表明 ,下表皮角质层主要为条纹状加厚 .作者认为毛堇菜 (V .confusa)是光瓣堇菜的 (V .yedoensis)异名 ,而光瓣堇菜 (V .yedoensis)与紫花地丁 (V .philippica)则是两个不同的种 .更多还原

【Abstract】 In this work, pollen morphology of 16 species and lower epidermal characters of leaves of 21 species were observed. All these species come from Anhui. There are seven types of the pollen exine sculpture: folded block, Compact forate, bead, folded wave, reticulate,folded foraminulose block and irregular forate. Observations on the lower epidermal characters of leaves show that the cuticular layer is mainly striate thickened. On the basis of this study, it is clear that V. confusa is a distinguishing species from V. yedoensis, while the V. confusa is the same species as V. yedensis.更多还原
