添加剂在扩散式阴极基底中的作用
Effects of the Additiev in Dispenser cathode matrit
【摘要】 文章着重介绍掺入扩散式阴极基底中添加剂 Cr2 O3,In O,In2 O3,Gao,Zr O2 ,Ti O2 ,Ti O2 + H2 Ir O6 ,不仅降低了阴极的逸出功 ,增大了发射电流密度 ,降低了工作温度 ,延长了寿命 ,减少了发射物质蒸发 ,还增强了耐离子轰击特性。
【Abstract】 This paper puts emphasis on introducing the additives which are miled into the matrix of dispenser cathode these additives inclnde Cr 2O 3,InO,In 2O 3,GaO,ZrO 2,TiO 2,TiO 2+H 2IrO 6.They can not only reduce the work function of cathode,increase the density of emitting current decrease the work temperature,extend lifetime,eliminate the evaporation of the emitting material,but also improve the ability to endure ion bombardment.
