【摘要】 目的 :探讨胸腰椎前路内固定的力学特点、应用指征及临床价值 ,并对Kaneda装置、胸腰椎前路带锁钢板(Anteriorthoraco lumbarlockingplate,ATLP)及AO圆棒内固定系统 (VentroFix)三种技术进行比较。方法 :总结 36例应用胸腰椎前路内固定技术 (包括Kaneda 16例 ,ATLP 14例及VentroFix 6例 )治疗骨折、肿瘤及椎间盘病变的治疗经验。结果 :36例中 31例获 3～ 79个月完整随访 ,治疗效果满意 ,内固定物本身未造成合并症。结论 :胸腰椎前路内固定可早期重建脊柱的稳定性 ,在某些脊柱骨折、肿瘤或椎间盘病变的治疗中具有重要临床价值 ;三种内固定技术的比较结果显示 ,ATLP及VentroFix具有组装简便、省时及术中出血少等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the mechanical features,application principles and clinical value of anterior fixation techniques for thoraco lumbar spine and compare the diffrence of Kaneda Divice,ATLP(Anterior Thoraco Lumbar Locking Plate) and AO Ventro Fix.Methord:36 cases of spinal fractures,tumors and intervertebral disc diseases treated by anterior fixation techniques(including 16 cases of Kaneda device,14 cases of ATLP and 6 cases of Ventro Fix) were followed up and summarized.Result:Among 36 cases,31 cases were followed up from 3～79 months and the treatment result was clinically satisfied.No complication caused by implants has been founded.Conclution:Anterior fixation techniques of thoraco lumbar spine provided important clinical value for treating some kinds of spinal fractures,tumours or disc diseases.The stabilization of spine could be reconstructed in early stage by these fixation techniques.The comparing results have shown that ATLP and Ventro Fix has the advantage of simple assembling,less operation time and less blood lost.
